ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has announced that 25 leaders assumed new branch manager positions at locations throughout the company in the first quarter of 2023.
Tiffany Rudar was promoted to manager of the Rochester, Minnesota, location. She joined ABC Supply in 2018 as an inside sales representative at the branch in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Rudar gained experience as a backup delivery services manager and a window and door specialist, as well as working with the National Response Team.
Robert Dougherty was promoted to manager of the Springfield, Massachusetts, branch on Rocus Street. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2016 as a warehouse associate at the Springfield, Massachusetts, branch on Fisk Avenue after serving in the U.S. Army for eight years. After a few months of working in the warehouse, he leveraged his military experience with heavy equipment and assumed the role of delivery services manager, a position he held for five years. Dougherty also gained experience as an inside sales associate and delivery driver before transitioning to outside sales.
Mitch Cook was promoted to manager of the Annapolis, Maryland, location. Cook joined ABC Supply in 2012 at the Baltimore, Maryland, branch on Vero Road, working in outside sales. He transitioned to an outside sales role at the Annapolis location in 2016, successfully helping contractors in that area experience the ABC Supply difference before returning to outside sales in the Vero Road location. Cook graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2014 with a degree in business management and administration.
Matthew Ridenour was promoted to branch manager of the Manchester, Connecticut, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2017 as an outside sales associate in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ridenour has worked in a variety of roles, including interim branch manager at the Bronx, New York, location. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from California State University, Sacramento.
Kyle Marrs was named branch manager of the Orlando, Florida, location on All American Blvd. Marrs began his career with ABC Supply in 2016 as an outside salesperson at the Stafford, Texas, branch. He later transferred to ABC Supply’s Houston, Texas, branch at Century Plaza Drive to focus on sales there before becoming the branch manager of the company’s Houston location on FM 529 Road. He managed this location for the past year and a half.
Kip Reinheimer was named branch manager of the Baltimore, Maryland, location on Vero Road. He joined ABC Supply in 2007 in outside sales for a greenfield in Belcamp, Maryland, before relocating to Baltimore. There he served in multiple roles before being promoted to branch manager of a greenfield location in Annapolis, Maryland, in 2016, where he became a member of ABC Supply’s President’s Club in 2021.
Kendra Cabrera was named branch manager of the Tumwater, Washington, location. She started her career with ABC Supply in 2018 as the delivery services manager at the Seattle branch and was promoted to branch manager of that same branch in 2020.
Keith Nicoli was named branch manager of the Berlin, Connecticut, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2006 at the Springfield, Massachusetts, branch as an outside sales associate. In 2018, he was promoted to branch manager of the Manchester, Connecticut, location.
John McLaughlin was promoted to branch manager of the Bergenfield, New Jersey, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2021 at the Plainfield, New Jersey, branch as a Branch Management Training (BMT) candidate and inside sales associate. He graduated from Union College.
Joel Jendrick was promoted to branch manager of the Seattle, Washington, location. An 18-year construction industry veteran, Jendrick started his career with ABC Supply in 2018 as a warehouse associate. In 2020, he relocated to the Beaverton, Oregon, branch to join the BMT program.
Jeremiah Woodring was promoted to branch manager of the Port Orchard, Washington, location. He started his career in roofing in 1998 as a roof loader for ABC Supply and has since worked in a variety of roles learning every aspect of branch operations. Most recently, Woodring was in outside sales at the Kent, Washington, location.
Jake Payovich was promoted to branch manager of the Goshen, Indiana, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2007 at the Benton Harbor, Michigan, location as a delivery driver. In 2012, he was promoted to an inside sales position and became the branch’s delivery services manager in 2015. Payovich graduated from the BMT program in 2020.
Jake Beeman was named branch manager of the Columbia, South Carolina, location. Beeman joined ABC Supply in 2011 at the Columbia branch. In 2020, he was promoted to branch manager at the Florence, South Carolina, location.
Ian O’Neill was promoted to branch manager of the Mentor, Ohio, location. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2021 at the Stanton, Delaware, branch as a BMT candidate and inside sales associate. In August 2022, O’Neill joined the Northeast Region staff as a fleet and operations specialist and graduated from the BMT program in October.
Derrick Jacobson was named branch manager of the Mankato, Minnesota, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2006 at the Oronoco, Minnesota, branch as a delivery driver, while also working in the warehouse and inside sales. Jacobson transitioned to the delivery services manager role in 2010. He was promoted to branch manager of the Rochester, Minnesota, location in 2020.
Ashlen Blythe was promoted to branch manager of the Battle Creek, Michigan, location. Blythe joined ABC Supply in 2020 as a delivery services manager after a successful management career with a big box store.
Addam Soule was promoted to branch manager of the Snohomish, Washington, location. A lifelong resident of Washington, he began his building distribution career in 2007. In 2017, Soule joined Seattle Cedar Supply and, in 2022, joined ABC Supply when the company acquired the business.
Steven Litaker was promoted to branch manager of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, location on NW 23rd Avenue. He joined ABC Supply in 2017 at the Columbia, South Carolina, branch while attending the University of South Carolina. Following graduation in 2018, he worked in inside sales and as the assistant manager. In 2019, he became a territory manager for Mule-Hide Products — a strategic business unit of ABC Supply — in central and southwest Florida.
Scott Adams was named branch manager of the Wichita, Kansas, location on East 1st Street N. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2008 in the BMT program. Adams was promoted to manager of the Wichita Falls, Texas, branch in 2009 and accepted the manager position at the White Settlement, Texas, branch in 2012. Two years later, he became a member of the company’s President’s Club. He’s a 2007 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in industrial distribution.
Ryan Haws was promoted to branch manager of the Tyler, Texas, location at State Highway 31 West. He gained all his roofing experience working for his family’s roofing company in East Texas. Ryan joined ABC Supply in 2021 as an inside sales associate at the Longview, Texas, branch and was quickly promoted to outside sales.
Dwight McGriff was promoted to branch manager of the Pompano Beach, Florida, location on Hammondville Road. He joined ABC Supply in 2013 and has worked in several roles, including driver, inside sales associate and delivery services manager.
Colton Smith was promoted to branch manager of the Hot Springs, Arkansas, location. He started his career at ABC Supply in 2021, joining the company’s BMT program after earning his bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M University.
Charles Thomason has been promoted to branch manager of the Missoula, Montana, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2011 at the Stillwater, Oklahoma, branch as a delivery driver and roof loader. In 2014, he was promoted to delivery services manager and inside sales before joining the Southwest Region’s BMT program.
Chad Stewart was named branch manager of the Springfield, Missouri, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2016 at the Jonesboro, Arkansas, location as an inside sales associate. He was quickly promoted to delivery services manager in 2017 and branch manager at the Hot Springs, Arkansas, location in 2018.
Brandon Davis was promoted to branch manager of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, location. He joined ABC Supply in 2020 after spending 18 years in the financial sector.
