Celebrating 5 months of CCS with 5 top articles!

2023 marked the first year of CoatingsCoffeeShop™, and these are the sites most-read articles! 

The Coffee Shop crew was thrilled to celebrate the release of CoatingsCoffeeShop™ in 2023! With the help of our industry partners, we got straight to work writing articles for the site that can be found in our newsroom.  

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on this last year’s highlights. Having launched in July, it seemed appropriate to showcase the top five most-read articles on CCS to see what has been of interest to the industry in 2023 and get ready for the new year.  

One trend we noticed throughout the top articles was the emphasis on community. From exciting news about building new communal spaces with the Salesforce Transit Center in San Francisco that included a Fluropon Effects Nova coating by Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings, to fun networking and community-building events like the 2023 IRE Expo to information about shifting rules and laws that can affect crews, CCS top articles focused on the people of the industry and helping them be successful.  

Our most-read article was about SRS Distribution’s annual Raise the Roof Foundation Charity Concert at the 2023 International Roofing Expo (IRE). Writer Evelyn Witterholt shared details of the concert while highlighting the excitement and fun that this community event fosters! This concert truly encapsulates the SRS mission statement of, “Make Money, Have Fun and Give Back,” with proceeds going to disaster relief, veteran care and more via the Raise the Roof Foundation.
