At IRE 2023, John will be speaking about a topic every company wants to learn more about: raising profits! In his session, “Improve Profits In your Operations and Service Divisions with Better Estimating”, John will teach you the important steps to creating an estimating structure. He will also share valuable knowledge on how to build on the estimating skills of your technicians, which can help them land higher revenue service jobs. This session will take place on Thursday, March 9 from 7:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
