In its 11th year, the SRS Distribution Raise the Roof Foundation Charity Golf Tournament shattered expectations, pulling together more than $2 million in funds. Held over two days at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links in California, the event attracted an impressive 400 guests, solidifying its reputation as the organization’s largest and most impactful fundraiser.
From the start, the tournament delivered on its promise of excitement and community engagement. Golf clinics featured insights from SRS-sponsored PGA and LPGA stars, including Cameron Champ and Jennie Park, while the evening's welcome reception set the tone with a high-energy performance by singer-songwriter Kelley James. Guests enjoyed surprise appearances from Olympic legends Rowdy Gaines and Michael Phelps, both of whom spoke about their experiences at the Paris Games and their philanthropic efforts, with a portion of the funds benefiting the Michael Phelps Foundation.
This year’s success wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible sponsors and guests. With attendees from all three of SRS’s business verticals — especially a significant presence from the building products sector — the event was a comprehensive showcase of community and industry support.
The funds raised will benefit 30 to 40 charities, focusing on causes such as veteran assistance, disaster relief and programs supporting children and families in need. The live auction and awards dinner capped off the festivities, leaving a lasting impression on all involved.
The spirit of the event was centered on SRS’ mission of Raise Money, Have Fun and Give Back to the community. With its record-breaking success and memorable moments, the tournament left a lasting impact on all who participated, showcasing the power of collective generosity.
