Since launching this website a month ago, we love getting to see what topics the roof coatings industry is most interested in. One of our most-read articles from this last month came to us from Trent Cotney, partner at Adams and Reese, who discusses House Bill 2127 in Texas. Trent does a terrific job outlining exactly what this new law means for construction workers in Texas. He also discusses the reasoning behind the law and the concerns held by the law’s opponents.
Another topic our readers loved this last month is the generosity of the roofing industry. The third most-read article from last month highlighted Family Tree Roofing, a Tulsa roofing company that donated a free roof to an elderly couple. The roofing company donated the roof after the severe thunder and windstorms in Oklahoma earlier this year.
Our most popular article from the last month was all about the Roofer Chicks recent appearance on Good Morning America! Roofer Chicks is a women-owned roofing business that takes pride in having an all-women roofing crew. The Texas-based roofing company was featured on the popular morning show during a segment on trailblazing women in male-dominated industries.
