Take the 2024 Trends Survey and help us uncover key industry insights on business practices, sustainability, subcrews and more!

The 2024 RoofersCoffeeShop® Trends Survey is now open! Do you know what that means? It means we need your input! In its seventh year, the Trends Survey asks contractors to report on topics regarding current business issues, training and technology needs as well as sustainability efforts and use of subcontracting crews. Sponsored by Beacon, this trends survey seeks to uncover the top business issues contractors are experiencing, while also capturing data on the platforms and integration solutions roofing professionals are utilizing in the industry to streamline processes.

“We are excited to partner with Beacon again on this year’s Trends Survey so we can gain a better understanding of what contractors are doing, experiencing and seeing in the industry as they continue to roof buildings and protect businesses, people and families nationwide,” stated Heidi J. Ellsworth, RCS president.

Since 2016, RCS has reviewed and utilized the results of the Trends Surveys to cater to and develop our content to provide the information you want and need for continued business success. “By collecting and comparing this data year over year, we are able to gain a better understanding of contractors’ needs and challenges and learn more about what is happening in the industry overall,” Heidi shared.

Just like our previous Trends Surveys, some questions are the same, providing us data to compare year-over-year, but we have also added new questions focused on subcontractor crews, lead generation and sustainability. By including topics like these, we can better understand what contractors are experiencing first-hand and what is happening in the industry in real time.

This year, we’re eager to see your responses to, “What are you top three business issues?” This is a question we include every year because business needs and issues are changing regularly. By knowing your pain points and what is top of mind for you and your business, we can help you remain relevant and competitive in the industry.

The survey will close on September 30, so get your responses in now! We know your time is valuable, and by taking the 2024 Trends Survey, not only will your company benefit, but so will the industry. Sharing your opinions and observations with the rest of the industry is invaluable and truly makes an impact.

Contractors are urged to take the 2024 Trends Survey today!
