The Coffee Shops™ are hosting a new Read Listen Watch® (RLW) on October 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. PT (2:00 p.m. ET), you won’t want to miss! In the webinar, Karen Edwards will host Joe Jolicoeur of Greenwood Industries, Jordan Litt, Sr. of Best Roofing and Zach Carpenter of Jobba Trade Technologies as they discuss the importance of documenting inspections, service calls and maintenance visits on every job.
Joe is the executive vice president of Greenwood Roof Services (GRS) in their professional maintenance division. This role has him overseeing the day-to-day functions of the company to ensure that all strategies and plans are aligned with the larger company plan, giving him a unique birds-eye perspective on the day-to-day operation in a roofing business. As for Jordan, he is the senior forensic roof specialist at Best Roofing. His journey with the industry began as a site supervisor in 2016. From there, he spent two years as a construction manager and then a service sales rep prior to moving into his current position in 2022. This has given him a well-rounded perspective on the operations of a roofing business. And Zach, who is currently a senior account executive at Jobba, has spent over 16 years in the industry and is one of the founders of Jobba’s flagship product, FCS. His work focuses on technology and he has dedicated his career to helping contractors leverage tech to improve their business practices.
This panel will be discussing the daily needs and friction points on a job site. They will start by overviewing common deficiencies like installation errors and environmental damages. From there, attendees will learn how to leverage inspections and documentation processes to identify issues and prevent their repetition. These are the processes at the core of every roofing company’s business model, so make sure you get all the tips and tricks for standardization for the best outcomes from this stellar professional panel.
