Karen Edwards sat down with Mark Olson from JobNimbus at the 2024 Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA) show to learn more about JobNimbus's latest innovative solutions for home exterior contractors.
Mark Olson, who oversees strategic partnerships and events at JobNimbus, has been with the company for over four years, witnessing its rapid growth. He explains that JobNimbus is a comprehensive CRM platform designed to streamline operations for contractors, from lead creation to contract signing and production cycles to financial management with QuickBooks integration. “It’s a one-stop solution that can manage everything from start to finish,” Mark says.
A highlight of the discussion is the integration of SumoQuote into JobNimbus. Acquired last December, SumoQuote is now being embedded into the JobNimbus platform as a new sales experience. “We’re about 80% of the way there, with general release expected next month,” Mark notes. This integration aims to enhance the professionalism of sales presentations, which Mark emphasizes is crucial for contractors. “The professionalism of your interaction is interpreted as your ability to do the job,” he explains.
Olson details how SumoQuote enables contractors to deliver polished and customizable sales presentations, which can significantly influence a homeowner’s perception of their capabilities. He describes it as “putting your very best foot forward to the customer,” with features like good, better, and best options to give clients confidence in their choices.
Setting up and using JobNimbus with SumoQuote is remarkably straightforward. Mark assures users that the system offers user-friendly features, including pre-built templates and various support options. “You have the option of doing it yourself, copying something from our library, or calling in for help,” he says.
